Yes, looks like a resurrected shell. On Aug 2 it was reinstated with new president Nairobi Anderson (she's also the CEO of AIDA which had done well so far since her involvement but I can't find much info on her). Before that, a couple familiar custodians were involved including Rhonda, Frank and Synergy before them. I haven't gone through the court filings to sort out how they're all connected. Anyway, we have a 2m mc shell going pink current soon enough. Should be interesting.
