I would prefer not to feel a need to demonize the SEC, But the facts are that it is filled with self gratifying lawyers that have connections with much bigger concerns than NPHC. They enrich themselves in making decisions that cause harm to the small fry that have some product or PATENTS that might get ahead of the BiG Fish. I know I cannot speak like a lawyer or a super educated individual, but I have wide open eyes and can rationally understand what happens at the SEC. Just like what happens in Congress. Only difference is that SEC people were not elected. I certainly hope the people who purchased the NPHC stock are not harmed any more than they already have been, myself included.
