O course i read it, and yes a complete cluster fk, all this info by BYOC against Jean and this this still in continuance/ delayed again until next May. What was this trial and jury trial even for?? Absolutely nothing was accomplished. That's what i meant by cluster fk, and the fact it doesn't seem even close to being resolved. Best case the Judge throughs it out... Also, Trek, Remo only comes into play IF the case is in any way tied to Remo $$, like more Dilution to $BYOC. Like is said imo if this ($BYOC) case is TIED to the merger imo it doesn't get done, just my opinion.
With that said i've been thinking about why the M&A doesn't mention the case at all. Maybe, just maybe that's where the new ticker symbol comes in, a new company that in no way is tied to BYOC even if they lose and have to bring $$ to the table for settlement The last 8k said the delay was due to filing paperwork if that is the case then no one here has anything to worry about because within 13 days $BYOC will have merged with Electric Built with another 8k on a new ticker change and we'll all be happy. We'll worry about the case in 2023 BYOC
