Proof of what? The leonite deal? The agreement is out there for anyone to read. The renewals are at either lower of 0.0055 or 30 day vwap. The 30 day vwap right now would be clearly below 0.0055. This is done imo unless management cares. And as for the acquisitions clearly no news
