Yeah Ive been accumulating over the past few months. Ben says hes getting good interest. It makes sense. The capitol markets, ipos and the like are dead. RM is the best way to go public now and the cheapest. He mentioned hes getting cash offers but hes looking for better companies.

This was posted last week on AESO# at the Colorado SOS. Statement of Merger. Not sure what it is . No merger names. Might be some work formality that Ben needs to do to complete a RM or a merger has taken place. On one of the pages it shows jurisdiction California?
