Actually they have been quite successful---the business plan was to sell stock..

they took over in 2011 with 203M shares issued and a float of 19M and now have issued ~174 BILLION with ~57 BILLION in the float---

that's a lotta dough pulled out of this thing--get a calculator and pick a price point :-)
