Nor Cal, I understand your frustration. We were all expecting REE test results out before the REE conference. I have no idea why they have not been released other than the following suggestions:
1.) They are perfecting the processes and procedures to obtain results that the end user market place demands which has caused a delay.
2.) These furnaces are different than the ones they used at MolyCorp (now MP Materials) and L3 has had to make adjustments to perfect the processes which has caused a delay.
3.) They have the test results but they are waiting to release them until the economic data is also completed so they can release everything at once.
4.) They are waiting to get test and economic results and releasing everything in an updated FS.
That is all that comes to mind. I am not particularly bothered by the wait (though I would prefer a PR comes out sooner than later) because I am really happy that they have found a financing partner in GXII without relinquishing ownership and mgt and will be merging with GXII by the 1st quarter of 2023 and joining the NASDAQ which IMO is more important than when the REE results get released.
