Correct. The last update in August didn't have a time line on when the hydrostatic test would be done. The last 10Q filing didn't have a time line of the hydrostatic test either. The hydrostatic test is much more thorough when compared to the component test. I would bet on engineer Gallagher getting it done.

Based on the confirmation of these most recent and positive results using the fully assembled AOT, a medium gravity pipeline spec oil (API 23) was procured and pumped into the AOT. We ran the AOT with the reworked original grid pack for an hour at 10 kV and saw no anomalies and no short circuits, confirming our belief that the short condition was a result of failed insulation. We were then able to apply 20 kV to the oil despite utilizing a reworked original grid pack. This high voltage result seems to demonstrate that we have solved the problems reported in June of 2020. Subsequent testing in the laboratory showed the oil (API 23) would support a voltage of 40 kV. Between the laboratory data and issues found during recent component testing we are in the process of confirming the final design criteria for a new grid pack which represents the remaining 20% necessary for full treatment effect.

Manster,

Apparently the July update and timelines on component and hydrostatic tests have no relevance now because they weren’t mentioned in the filings. Pffffffffffft
I guess they didn’t mean it when they said they would have completed hydrostatic test by mid September !

Seems we shouldn’t believe the rubbish they put out in those updates.
Silly shareholders !

Speaking from experience, of someone who has been involved with construction of hundreds of Km's of pipe, it isn't long. Every pipeline has the sections hydrostatically tested as part of passing regulations and certification. It's nothing more than bringing in water trucks and filling the line section, capping it, and pressurizing it and letting it sit to see if there is a pressure drop. The cap with the guages and valves is then cut off the line, moved to a different section, welded on and the same thing over again. It doesn't take more than a couple days at most per section which could be 10's of Km's long. For something this small, even with the incompetence of this group, should be done within a week. And on top of this, all a hydrostatic test is for is to check for leaks and a pressure drop.

"Hydrostatic testing of hazardous liquid pipelines requires testing to at least 125% of the maximum operating pressure (MOP), for at least 4 continuous hours, and an additional 4 hours at a pressure of at least 110% of MOP if the piping is not visible."

If they are doing anything but this they should say so. Pressurizing and doing anything else when the fluid is not in motion is a joke. Seriously, these terms are pretty easy to search.

And Brockovich was involved with the ZEFs and the whole fuel joke that Cecil said was gonna make the company profitable in 2010. To say they were around when there was a presentation on the magik white pipe is completely false.
