Origin materials is still on the table for this merger on Bioamber's technology, after I listened to Mr Dugar explain molecules and carbon capture I realized he is part of the team of scientists working with Lanzatech and using the catalysis of Bioamber's basic technology which was born in the department of US energy and development in France where they have a biodemo, also made into commercial industrial licence(this is huge), I also realized that Suncor is fully using Bioamber's technology and has partnered with Mitsui to also make jetfuels (Lanzajet) part of the Lanza team and scientists, now before KKR bought Lcy chemical, (Lcy Chemical had partnered with Lanzatech to access their technology and build plants together) this is very important information for Bioamber, https://www.greencarcongress.com/2011/04/lanzalcy-20110406.html, also Bill Gates is funding Visolis bio to make jet fuel through science and they have (Lanzajet), through Lanzatech, also Lanzatech said they will announce more partners which probably with be Origin? who's plant is about carbon capture people are saying, also some executives from Bioamber are working for Lanzatech another clue, (We cannot have an energy transition without Bioamber's basic technology which is a DOE creation in US) I'm only allowed one post a day bcz I realized what Pwc is doing and and why to Bioamber shareholders and I'm glad IE agrees nice post on Twitter (tolerance and patience will bring good things for Bioamber shareholders soon)
