Avg decision time is 6 mos, but the range is 1 month to 1 year, from the research I have done. I would not be surprised if a decision was rendered sometime next month based on the fact the defendants arguments got crushed by both the judges and BSF. But, that is pure speculation on my part

Nope, you said did you listen to the tape. It will be less than 3 months. No grounds for that conclusion. Although it could be the case, could take up to a year.
