There are other OTC stocks worse then that and they still run in due time. When all the paperwork gets filed and VGLS release a little news this will run.
Well that's for that bit of DD, but maybe to your surprise ALL OTC tickers are or have been scams, every single one throughout its existence! Even those that have went on 6000% parabolic runs. At some point in their existence they all dilute to stay alive, and 90% will do a rs and do it again. The art is knowing when to buy and use them before they use you! Me buying .0001's here I can all but guarantees me a hefty reward when they decide to move it. Very few tickers are moving yet in the otc as it's still in its first bear market in over 2 decades! GL
