well I have a schwab account but my main one i trade thru is Ameritrade and if you try to short NLST you will see that they list the shares as Hard to borrow, meaning its been shorted pretty heavily. that being said I also use some other platforms for info and I'm looking to see if I can find actual numbers.
Also its a misconception to think that stocks that trade on the oct are all penny stocks.an awful lot of them do so because its not as strict as the others. Thats why Chuck went to the otc so he wouldn't need a board.
