Hey NorCal! I am disappointed if the team can’t get phase #1 (extraction via the new process) completed prior to this event as well. That would add such additional “Wow” factor for the event! (Plus out of everything they have left to do. This proprietary supercritical CO2 process intrigues me the most! Along with the new byproducts as shown in the simplified flow sheet.)

(I would like to think they are trying to achieve Demo milestones, but some hurdles- kiln/power or other put a wrench in their schedule/ timeline? I suspect they may address all when they can…)

I am good with the SPAC. The sooner cash is available to get the “critical lead time items underway/ordered all the better!”
Power, Gas. Water, long lead component & final land purchases. Knowing hydrology testing for the shafts & shaft freezing will take @ 8 months ( per 2020 AGM) The sooner 81$million is available the better!

I do imagine team Niocorp will have a host of great material news announcements we’ll into 2023!
