And they constantly make announcements that they do not implement. Where are the big announced significant revenues, the upgrade to OTCQB, the mergers, etc.? The company is not even able to meet its own targets and timelines. Simply ridiculous.

Unfortunately, all that just doesn't do much good if the company makes about as much revenue as a hot dog stand.
