Regardless if scooter83 aka Tedro84 ect.. is a paid pumper or being compensated to say negative things its his or her right to do so...Our job as $NIOBF investors is to call his or her bluff and ask management directly if this is true or false. But the main job of ours is to promote our stock in case of the a R/S. We need to have $NIOCORP in the $4-$5 range to help with dilution. Promote, Promote, Promote.

“MARCH" TO $NIOBF $10+ a share coming to a Mine Near You!!

The only desperation I see is desperation to get mining and refining ASAP. Elk Creek is a world class resource that is desperately needed today. If the mineral criticality forecasts are accurate the need will be extreme in the next 3-5 years. NioCorp doesn’t have the time to wait for the “perfect deal.”Financiers tend to be ultra conservative and don’t want to make the first move. This SPAC is the first move and brings the cash to not just move forward, but to move forward at a rapid pace. Equity financing is established, and debt financing can now follow. Now that the company has plenty of cash and are on a clear path, it will be far easier to bring on debt funding, not only from financial institutions but from mineral consumers like auto manufacturers and steel companies. This SPAC is a giant step toward production.

Putz asked what the SPAC brings. It brings cash to proceed, credibility that this mine is moving forward and an accelerated path to the NASDAQ. In my opinion this deal, although it might not be perfect, puts the company onboard the rocket ship. Assuming the pilot plants results are as expected, those results will fire the engines, and institutional investors on the NASDAQ will provide the rocket fuel to as the meme investors like to say “reach the moon”.

Two things I have frequently read on this board is “just get a deal done” and “timing is everything”. This deal checks both of those boxes.

Mark negotiated away up to 68% of that. Cause for alarm.
