MARK ALLEN MILLER has nott been sentenced yett because his lawyer objected to the PSIR (Pre-Sentence Investigation Report) and while that is up n the air, the magistrate judge who was handling the case retired, so it has to be transferred to a new judge and the PSIR objections/appeal resolved.
