Could be another suit was filed against the company, they already have 2 filed against the company. November 15th will come and go and still no filing (well probably an NT10Q will be filed) but then they will miss the 11/20 filing date too. Then those supporters left will look to the new year for the filing, of course nothing will be completed by then either. I would suspect one by one those supporting it will disappear after the new year.
