1.) He goes through with the REVERSE SPLIT as most planned him to do, or 2.) The 3rd Quarter Financials are worse than he expected, and declares Chapter 13. Can't be 7 for he doesn't have anything to liquidate.
Hello.....Hope all is well with you. I show 11/14/22 as the deadline for BANT to post 3rd Quarter Financials, after their DEL AM filing. Otherwise their stock status goes from Current to Delinquent for out of date Financials. 45 Days almost here...I bet it's going to be a Whopper...;) I'm getting their RS will consequently be around that same time. I guess he thinks people haven't figured this one out yet...What do you think?
