Honestly, my only worry is how much dilution there will be after the reverse split is effective?

Of course they will be upgrading from the stinky pinks to NASDAQ, so hopefully, any dilution will be bought by serious long-term investors.

Just beware of the possible short-term volatility during the transition from the pinks to NASDAQ.
