I've bought and sold this for several years and it always moves like this, but this is an all time low and sure looks like it's screaming buy to me. Nothing that I can find to indicate anything wrong. Just hire a new CEO that was with GM for 27 years and was President and managing director of Chevrolet and Cadillac in Europe when she left. Opening new manufacturing facility in US. All Good!
