Yes! As in my previous post. CTs is indirectly affected by NOL because it’s the NOL that will make the same LBHI to exist as a going concern. ….

While CTs is a debt in nature and will not loose its right to claim as long as the same old LBHI is existing.

S404n1...What numbers for exit make you think the CT's are the exception to ownership since they are higher in priorty? Please explain.

Without CTs, LBHI can't exit BK. They can't be 'an exception'....
