The market price change the day after the NWS has nothing to do with the real value of the companies. It is quite simple, with the NWS, the US government took away 100% of the company(ies) value. Earnings and market dominance are the primary drivers of value (with the exception of high tech companies). The only remaining question is what is a reasonable multiple.
