So basically the DD Fabrication Team are part of the scumbags who ruin the system. Since they made up the entire BioAmber was being bought out story. I mean who would buy a company that not only was liquidated and sold off all of its assets (tangible and intangible according to the signed approved APA) but still has $60 plus mil of debt attached to the dead shell
