This is all on the Ceo..has nothing to do with anyone looking to pawn of shares..the stock has been trading between .0007-.0010 for months..

But you know that..

These will not be sold through the stock market! So the ole dilution faucet doesn’t apply here imo…

And if the company is cash flow positive in a month? Will they need it?

Seems to me it’s a financial vehicle to help the company and a big player able to take a position in the company!

Very unique situation imo..

Does the company need to sell them at that bottom price?
