OK, It could go to trial 10 or so days after his felony court date in 5 days.
If he pleads guilty, a presentence investigation will start and a sentencing date will be set.

After this, Petey is required to appear for a debtor exam to disclose all his financials/assets.
He (and HPNN investors) owe one person $9 million, per court documents. HPNN falsely does not list this liability on its books. This represents $millions more than the entire HPNN market cap.

Then his wife will win the divorce and be awarded $ and child support. She likely will also sue Petey in civil court.

He is toast.
