3% is very little dilution, and expected increase because they dilute small amounts over time so it's expected and should be priced in. In fact since the dilution is so small maybe the PPS can move up now, since we can see even though they increased the A/S by 300 mil they only add 22, and earnings are coming with likely incredible profits again.
