Stark12, hit the bullseye with your post. I do not believe at this point in the game we should be this in the dark...yada,yada, yada I know NDA, blah blah....All we ask is for management to be on time for once. They are a seasoned crew that should not be this off on every PR...Rookies do this move...Not Magic Mark and his A team. Now if we have a PR on Friday about Demo Phase 1 news then all is forgiving lol.
"MARCH" TO $NIOBF $10+ a share coming to a Mine Near You!!

Post of the year below"
“So, here is my bold recommendation to management. Invest a serious chunk of change, as in millions of dollars, on reaching/educating both the general public and institutional investors about $Niocorp. I am talking television commercials, ad buys, tiktockers, instagrammers, YouTubers, influencers, and any other mediums where we can get the story out to. When people have finally heard about Niocorp and all the great things it is doing, and why it's a great company to be invested in, that's when the marketing campaign can be scaled back. Flash in the pan Fox interview, Proactive investor interviews that have no meaningful reach, videos on the website are all a drop in the bucket. Think big budget for marketing and advertising. How about a super bowl ad? The public knows more about foam mattresses, drugs to treat psoriasis, and personal care items like fancy razor blades and deodorant than they know about Niocorp. Is this a problem? Do you think people would rather learn about Niocorp or what brand of athletic shoes a celebrity endorses? Maybe we need to hire the people who market Figi water since they have successfully convinced so many people they should pay premium dollars for water. Why do so many people know about Figi water and those same people have never heard of Niocorp? Which has the potential to impact your life more?

It's time to tell the Niocorp story in enough detail that people can understand its value and impact. You see what a little exposure does? Imagine what a lot of exposure would do. It isn't enough to think big (although it's a start), you have to act big.“

Al oh Al Stark

Now don’t be too hard on Jim, because as per your dictionary, the definition of several all depends on the total of what is being talked about. As per your dictionary’s example which would be 100 people or so, but Jim’s reference is weeks, and we all know there are 52 weeks in a year.

Now knowing that s a reference point I would cut Jim some slack until we reach 10 weeks or so, running of the commercial scale plant.

And I will keep both of these examples in mind for the future when NioCorp turns me into a drunken bum, in which case If I’m stopped from getting into my car by the police after just leaving the bar and questioned. It would not be a lie to tell the police officer that I’ve been sitting in the bar for several hours, and I only had several beer. Because there are 24 hours in a day and there are hundreds of beer in the bar.

Stark12/Norcal- Two examples of similar projects Demonstration plants. Compare Niocorp's website to these other companies' websites (& in terms of Financing). They "DO NOT" offer half the commentary or Material News announcements to their shareholders.

Ucore’s Rare Earth Separation Commercial Demonstration Plant On-Track for Q4-2022
https://ucore.com/ucores-rare-earth-separation-commercial-demonstration-plant-on-track-for-q4-2022-commissioning/mmissioning

The final engineered layout of the Demo Plant takes up nearly all of the 5,000 square foot Commercialization and Demonstration Facility (“CDF”) at KPM. And the concept of building a plant within an existing building is the go-forward transition template for the engineering process that the Team will replicate to create the first full-scale SMC, once the brownfield site[iii] selection process is finalized. This initial SMC is scheduled to produce 2,000 tonnes of total rare earth oxides (“TREOs”) by the end of 2024 and 5,000 tonnes by 2026.

“The Demonstration Plant will inform our detailed engineering plans and provide representative product samples to support offtake agreements with customers."

Being a bit critical myself:
I too will be disappointed "IF" Niocorp does not announce Phase #1 results proving REE extraction prior to presenting at the upcoming 18th annual REE convention. "That being said!... & even with the kiln, power & delays of running the @3,000lbs of materials." Niocorp is in a very good position for the Path Forward...imho
(I would THINK Entities are watching & would like SAMPLES of our products to support OFFTAKE agreements as well?? T.B.D.)
I share in some Grumpiness too! Waiting for Material News as it becomes available with many! Show the World Niocorp can extract The Elk Creek Mines REE's... (I know you can separate them!)

Stark 12 Comments regarding the demo plant

Your "Speaking my mind here--if expectations are raised, management needs to deliver or offer an explanation why that has not been the case. JMO but it's time to step up to the plate and give us an update on the demo plant status."

I agree and was hoping for something this morning since I couldn't see Mark speaking at the REE Conference without some acknowledgement that NIOBF will include them in their suite of products. (13:44 CST and no announcement or email) Would a status announcement at the conference constitute "Material news"? Probably. I think Mark had some experience with shareholder lawsuits at M/P so not sure how soon to expect news.

We have news about financing which does not appear to be structured in favor of long term shareholders, but it at least contains the possibility of an actual start to the project. (Yes I read what you write Scooter!) So...the shares I purchased and hold are still substantially up, not selling those shares and attempting a Gicksee swap, and I 'll leave it at that. (Given the current financial landscape holding NioCorp mining shares might be a good place to be. )
