To tell you the truth i think the news is a postive one....who in their right mind will convert the shares? Especially to dilute the stock 2 years later. Who knows where we'll be then. Besides that they will be null in April if they dont convert them. LOL. I believe this is a postive thing. GOOD JOB SANDY!!!
