You heard him right. Beyond what they have now, the balance will be in debt. Not might be, not hoped to be, not expected to be- it was a definite statement of fact. I believe it is lined up already and I believe that the three phases coming out of the current testing in Quebec, while not timely per last projection, will come out in rapid succession when they do start coming out.

~8 months ago ~ Back on 12/22/2021 Jim:
a) Has Niocorp recently applied for a U.S. govt. Loan, or Loan Guarantee as described in the context above?

We are currently examining whether or not NioCorp’s Elk Creek Project would qualify for DEBT financing under the DOE LGP program.
Thx,Jim

8/2022 Jims Response to the recent “Inflation Reduction Act of 2022” which was signed into law:

...Apart from this bill’s proposed provisions, We have been working with several federal agencies regarding potential assistance to the Elk Creek Project, but those agencies do not allow us to disclose any details of those processes.
All the best, Jim

Followed up 9/2022 & 10/2022
a) Has Niocorp recently applied for a U.S. govt. Loan, or Loan Guarantee as described in the context above?
(I know Jim has been swamped! ***No response to date....)

From your own opinions & conclusions:
a) ~A SPAC DEAL FOR EQUITY HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED w/GXII~ for $300+ Million in Equity.
b)~German Loan guarantee for @ $145-$200 million option is on the table. Why
c) "Couldn't" Niocorp be considering the DoE/LPO as an option for "DEBT" yet T.B.D. "I think so..."
~ Note: (Ford, Tesla, MP materials, Lynas & others have received U.S. govt. cheese!) ~
Mark did state (A,B,C,D, options were all on the table! )
(Would an applicant need to announce an application? or only need to do so "IF" one is signed & approved??? "I do not know the answer to that question?)

Waiting for the material news on DEMO Phase 1 REE extraction! - GO TEAM NIOCORP/L3.

Advocate77 seeing your excitement makes me excited and others as well :) I disagree with you slightly with your prediction that Niocorp "will at least have tripled the pps before the end of Q1 2023" IMO IN Q1 2023 we will hit between $5 and sniff the FOMO of $10 bucks a share before settling back in the $4-$5 range before the big move to Nasdaq.
Disclaimer: If feasibility study is completed and cornerstone investor steps up before EOY then I say we hit $10+ bucks a share in 2022!! All in fun and IMO but that's the only one that matters lol wink, wink.

"MARCH" TO $NIOBF $10+ a share coming to a Mine Near You!!

Not exactly, here is the quote

"and that is a large part of the cash financing that we'll need and then we'll couple the rest up with debt"

Reference:

With GX2

"There could be upwards of 285 million dollars at our disposal"
