It has been over 20 years - when did Deitsch file the clinical trials to the FDA for approval.

I didn't find anything on clinicaltrials.gov.

Odd how GW pharmaceuticals got Edioplex past the clinical trials and the FDA granted approval of the drug.

What happened to Deitsch?

Oh, Jazz pharmaceuticals acquired GW for $7.6 Billion.

A drug patent is worthless until it passes the FDA clinical trials.
