he rarely does, which of course is his prerogative. i don't think he is Ferguson, but i would just ask him to let us know what he knows as to whether this thing with DTC & a settlement is dead in the water or not. And if others might be able to help push this over the finish line - who knows, maybe an idea here or there from somebody who is not in his inner circle could be the missing piece to victory.
Either way, just be blunt with us. it's been years. having said that, we know that without mretgnol's fortitude here, this possibility would have died long ago.
mretgnol, there are some smart people connected with this stock, perhaps if we, for example, had 10 or 20 guys working with you from different pressure points, perhaps we could accelerate an outcome here? just asking.
