You mention what I think is the biggest issue here, Chan's blatant disregard of shareholders. I cannot say publicly what I think of this guy regardless of his business abilities. The lack of transparency is a huge issue. He pr's that a valuation of the patent would be completed by 30June but never even hints at the results. He doesn't hold CCs either which is announcing to all shareholders, "I don't give a (&*^) about you,!"
