motleytool ... "Typically"! So the Question Remains IMO. Has WC Sold (How Many?) or Hold Shares (How Many?) and/or has this "Friendly Financier" Pulled - Certs. Over 5% ? I Believe it was ThirdEyeAnalyst that gave us some insight on a Possible Scenario. I also have my Opinion on OS Share Reduction! Thanks for Sharing what you have with us, more Fuel to the Fire! :)

That 5% rule has been discussed over and over on this board. It shouldn't take a note from IR for an investor to understand the rules.
