Agreed, but any leverage from delaying the merger has been obvious since February. Or I thought it was obvious. Maybe Sharp didn't realize that an appeal would delay the merger?

I don't think anyone would appeal simply out of spite, so I assume he thinks his appeal has merit. But I definitely think he can delay out of spite.

Who knows. Based on Sharp's tweet today I don't think we'll get many updates for a while, so I'm just buckling in for a long wait.
