Do you have an opinion why they haven't collected anything up to this point? Legally they could have started the collection process after the judgment?

Also, do you think the Bolzon's appeal to a higher court and if so, does that stop the collections outside the USA again?

I don't disagree on your assessment on the appellate courts decision. Small chance that the appellants get a partial win. The only acenue that they can win on is that the appellate court sends it back to the trial court for a new hearing on damages. So you know, the damages hearing is completely in someways separate from the default judgment. That is why the court allowed the appellant's to appear at the damages hearing.

However, here is where you lose me. The Bolzans are allegedly billionaires. I'm sure you've heard the same thing?. So therefore, you seem to know that GDSi has discovered a mine in Mexico that they own but the Bolzans do not know about that discovery by GDSI. It would seem to me that if I was a billionaire Involved in a lawsuit in which I just received a $200 million judgment, I would have a search firm combing the Internet every single day to search matters like the one you posted. It is quite frankly illogical that you know about it but the Bolzans do not and have not taken steps to make collection very difficult.
