Once they file and become current, it won't be a problem to buy HERB.....

He is talking about the problem to buy HERB for european guys since most that talk here are europeans for now. They have a big problem since they can't just open an account with TDA or so, at least most countries in Europe can't. HERB is already current so that has nothing to do with it.
