It may need to shift into primarily a software developer if the recession hurts its small-business sales support and marketing operations.

This i am sure part of the reason for the lack of demand is from fear of a rescission which will certainly hurt small businesses and effect BZWR's primary business.

goodwill asset is sky high

Right, another problem. Shows how much of a premium BZWR paid for the acquisitions which is an intangible asset , and theoretically will have to be amortized as a n expense at some point.

Accounting for Goodwill allows public companies to use straight-line amortization of goodwill for up to ten years, or less if the company is able to demonstrate a useful alternative lifespan.

primarily a software developer

Not too sure if they can compete with the larger and more established software companies.Companies always glorify their product.Time will tell.

The share price tells me..that cash is depleted

If that is the case ( which i don't know), then this would be very bad. Cash is vital to operate. If no cash means more dilution or debt, both bad.

The price is very low for a reason. Only can guess why.

Only results will determine where the stock price will go.

The silence from management (guidance) on how the company is doing is contributing to the low price. Stockholders do not to be in the dark.
