I'm still curious why PTOP had to create its own board? How did that actually add shareholder vaule for our pps?

I still would like to know more about PTOP'S technology team, like the CIO's FULL bio and all companies he's worked for in the past. As well as, all the developers past jobs as well. Is this team internal or outsourced offshore? Are the shares that Josh promised going to be 144 for a year or can they sell on the open market?
And where did all the money go to when Josh was unloading his PTOP shares?

Where is ALL the money coming from for all this marketing, interviews ad campaigns? Who are the sales representative and how will they be getting paid?
