Let the share holders get this straight!

He posts they signed a contract and PR the following Monday!

Then he posts that the contract is not signed

Then he posts they need more time due to the 15 hour difference

Then he post they need to be current for a better value for the deal that originally posted that was already signed and PR was coming on the next Monday

Then he post maybe the deal will be signed 4th quarter

Then it seems like a last ditch effort to convince the people to sign the deal he posts all the fins but no lawyer letter

So today we are not current and no deal and he wants everyone to believe it will be signed in the 4th quarter

Did we miss something or can you explain what type of bait and switch occurred

This latest switch a ru is amazingly confusing
