I agree with you that those topics can be exposed in court. Still big issues to be determined in legal proceedings: Who was harmed (if anyone), Do they have standing? (usually not), What was taken? (apparently everything has belonged to the US government all along), Who took it?, Who thinks (wrongfully) that it was theirs?


IMO this entire saga of lawsuits has boiled down to three things I can identify:

1. What are property rights and who holds the rights to that property. So far it all belongs to the government and so far possession has been 100% of the law, exceeding the nominal 90%.

2. Damages/grievances and the standing to Bring Suit. An incredible amount of wheel spinning was spent on gaining standing in court.

3. What are the limits on "government"? Apparently, none identified yet.
