So are you also saying that NioCorp made this deal on purpose knowing it is not ideal for NioCorp investors, and in hopes that they will probably catch the eye of a bigger fish?

What about the deadline? That doesn’t leave GXII much time to land a fish of their own, if we leave the deal.

What would the Spack investors get out of it other than the $30 million added to the NPV
