A little known fact DM,

Regarding Molycorp and it’s meteoric share-price raise - with an intraday high of $US77.54/ps on May 3 2011.

“In December 2010, Molycorp announced that it had secured all the environmental permits needed to build a new ore processing plant at the mine; construction would begin in January 2011, and was expected to be completed by the end of 2012.”
Products: Rare-earth elements in concentrates

Why is that interesting?— because in spite of Molycorp’s (mountain pass mine being closed (no product being sold). The share price was still running up.
I believe with ‘debt and equity’ funding in hand, Construction started — pre-production — our share price will soar also!
