I think they have largely cut ties or diminished any connection with Sam. They haven't been discussed in any newerP r's and Twitter and just haven't been brought up in many months.

Article was published more than a year ago. It mentions “IPO” very misleading. Starfleet acquired a shell called Smokefree Innotec and never went through S1 IPO process. Believe SAM was the stock scheme partnership to sell shares to Filipino citizens, however, they seem to longer be in partnership with SAM

Where is the audit? We are now in October.

In my humble opinion of course:)
