2 points to consider about Oleg/NETE vs. NXPL:

1. It is very possible that NETE was a contender for the transaction, but RXMD selected NXPL.

2. The difference between the NETE rumor and NXPL is that NXPL is REALITY. That can be verified by reading the SEC Filings.
