I wonder sometimes if the creation of the APE shares was really a POUNCE or badly planned one at best. AA claims he is playing chess, what kind of chess is this where the APE shares help accelerate the fall of the AMC stock price under $10? Sounds to me all AA wanted to do with the APE shares is dilute the AMC shares to get some easy money to "hopefully" pay off the AMC debt and probably have more money to give bonuses to his staff. I doubt he considered the fact that it would hurt the AMC share price and would cause overall the AMC company value to fall and give a bailout to his Shorting friends by bringing the AMC share prices closer to $1. I really think AA does not care what happens to the AMC share price or his shareholders and even though he claims to be a shareholder and claims to listen to us the shareholders. You know what actions speak louder then words. He already got his $50 million bonus payment last year when he sold his AMC shares and AMC was trading in the $40s to this money in his personal bank account. Now we are teetering on AMC stock going to $5 and APE going to $1. Where is AA in all of this disaster, what is he doing to prevent this? Nothing, Nodda, Zippo. He is quiet as a mouse now and pretending to do the AMC business by putting out fundamental news.
Well Mr. AA if the fundamentals is all that counts what will you do if AMC stock trades for $1 and APE trades for $0.10 where will AMC company be then? I bet with AMC Co. $5 - $10 Billion in debt, AMC Co. will be closer to bankruptcy then ever before, then your shorting friends can get out of their 20 Billion Naked short positions while shareholders get wiped out. While you retire with $50 Million of our money in your bank account. Nice Job Mr. AA. You pulled the bigest scam of the century and defrauded and stole money from hard working people world wide who believed in you.
