Cannazall will continue to generate revenues with or without the shareholders. If shareholders don't bite the carrot that he is dangling, UBQU will just stay at no bid and may go dark. Eventually, he may just let it go quietly into EM. He did it with GDET. What makes you think he can't do the same with UBQU?
Cannazall can survive perfectly fine as a private company now that the shareholders have paid for the new products, labels, testing, COA, website, commercials, meta purchases, etc.
