Very easy to trick the system. You need two accounts on 2 different broker.
The price is at $0.034
One account wants to buy at 0.033 1000 shares
The other account puts a sell order at exactly the price needed and the right quantity - you bring down the price to 0.33 and you go down the ladder slowly.
