Last I looked .. Intel had not even mentioned the Case in their filings ... How can they at this point say .. Ohh sorry shareholders we have a big debt to pay ? Imo .. Intel obviously sees plenty of time to make that declaration .. Meaning no settlement anytime soon .. Intel will have to inform shareholders via filing if they are about to lose big $$$$ .
