I agree -- LLBO will eventually go Pink Current.
I think it's wise to study the charts of Currier's other custodianship merger plays. There's a PPS pattern:
1. spike in summer 2021 when the custodianship attempt was announced
2. spike when the ticker went pink current
3. spike when rumors about the ticker turning into a crypto play after merger
4. collapse of the PPS after the merger
Twitter and the forums are filled with disgruntled shareholders who held onto the stock through #4 above, believing the rumors about vast riches following the merger. I don't think they understood that Currier doesn't care about the PPS following the merger. She has one job and one job only: SELL THE SHELL. It doesn't matter to Currier what entity buys the shell -- she makes her money regardless.
The investors who make money on these custodianship plays don't hold through #4 above, IMO.
Regarding the court appearance this week (it is this week, is it not?) -- Acropolis has nothing new to report, I think, but as long as they tell the judge "We're still trying" the judge will kick the can down the road and grant them another extension.
