Be glad to recover whatever you can up to RV. In order to get back interest, you need to get RV first unless your status changed.

It seems more likely if they give anything this may be dividend resumption. I do not expect older dividends unless LEHMAN has a lots of money which they don't.
I am not sure about your jan1 date, if happens good. GLTA.
